In the first half of this program, Steve Adubato talks
with Dr. Mildred García, President of Berkeley College,
which offers degrees in a wide variety of business-related
fields. They discuss the school's strong connection to the
business community and whether colleges have an obligation
to ensure their graduating students are hired. Garcia also
talks about her passion for higher education and the success
stories that make her job so rewarding.
Then, in second half, Steve Adubato is joined by the president
of the nation's largest pediatric rehabilitation hospital
providing specialized care for children, Amy Mansue. Named
up and coming healthcare executive by Modern Healthcare
in 1998, Amy talks passionately about her work at Children's
Specialized Hospital, as well as the challenges she faces
as president of a healthcare institution. |
