Description

"Healthy You" is a series that addresses timely and relevant issues affecting New Jersey's health care consumers. In this half-hour program new advances in the detection and treatment of breast cancer are considered. The importance of mammograms, genetic testing, the emergence of biomarkers that may provide information concerning the characteristics of the cancer, and new technologies that can determine whether a breast mass is cancerous or benign in five to ten minutes are explored.
