Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey (HCDNNJ)
HCDNNJ is a statewide association of over 250 non-profit affordable housing and community development corporations, individuals, and other organizations that support the creation of housing and economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income community residents.

Department of Community Affairs (DCA)
The mission of the DCA is to strengthen and revitalize communities by assisting in the delivery of affordable housing, by providing supportive services, and by promoting community and economic development

CPC is a private mortgage lender specializing in financing low-, moderate- and middle-income housing throughout New York and New Jersey.

The National Civic League
The National Civic League, the United States' oldest organization advocating for the issues of community democracy, envisions a country where citizens are actively engaged in the process of self-governance and work in partnership with the public, private and non-profit sectors of society, and where citizens are creating active civic culture reflective of the diversity of community voices.

Alliance for National Renewal
The Alliance for National Renewal is an intentional community of civic leaders and community builders who collaborate to learn and tell their stories to inspire creative problem solving, imitation, and innovation in pursuit of democratic revitalization and the renewal of civic life in the community.

The Building Better Communities Network
The Network offers a program of dialogue, advocacy, technical assistance and training in support of civic renewal and open and diverse communities. The Network works with residents and users of services, neighbors, housing and service providers, advocates and elected officials to promote the creation of healthy communities. Coalition on Human Needs (CHN)
CHN is an alliance of national organizations working to promote public policies that address the needs of low-income and other vulnerable populations. Participating organizations include civil rights, religious, labor, and professional organizations as well as those concerned with the well-being of children, women, the elderly and people with disabilities. The organization's web site includes links to a pertinent literature and information in a large number of topic areas ranging from the budget appropriations to juvenile justice to transportation. On-line visitors may also learn about the organization and subscribe to its newsletter.
